Automatic Numbering And Documents For ClickUp.
When a task reaches the state you choose, Kodavara Render assigns the next number in your series, generates the document from your template, writes both back to the task, and keeps a record you can verify later.

The Loop
Steps two and three are a choice, not a sequence. Number your tasks and never generate a file; generate documents from tasks that carry no number; or do both, and put the number on the page. All three are ordinary setups.
1 · Trigger
A managed ClickUp webhook, a native Call Webhook automation, an external system, a person, or the API. Whichever fits how you already work.
2 · Number Optional
The next value in your series, allocated atomically. Prefixes, padding, dates, and per-client or per-location counters. Never duplicated, never re-spent on a retry.
3 · Document Optional
Your Word, PDF or image template merged with the task's own values, rendered to PDF or PNG the same way every time.
4 · Write Back
The file attached to the task, the number in your field, a comment, a status — only the things you configured, never a value you did not ask us to touch.
5 · Registry
A record in Kodavara, and optionally a synchronized task in your own ClickUp registry list that keeps working whether or not you keep us.
6 · Verify
A QR code and a link that says whether a document is still valid — and says so honestly when it has been revoked.
Deterministic By Design
The same input, the same template version, the same renderer version produces the same document. Numbering, formatting, merging, QR codes and writeback are code — not model output — so nothing you issue depends on inference.
