No. Render registers its own webhooks through the ClickUp API, which is available on every plan. If you are on Business or above and would rather use ClickUp's own Call Webhook automation, Render generates the setup steps for that instead.

No. Numbering, formatting, document merging, QR codes and writeback are ordinary code. Optional assistance during setup — suggesting which placeholders map to which fields — never runs once a sequence or template is active.

No. Numbers are allocated by the database in a single statement inside the same transaction that records the assignment, so concurrent requests queue rather than collide. A retried webhook reuses the number already assigned rather than taking a new one.

Everything Render wrote into ClickUp stays in ClickUp — tasks, fields, comments, attachments and registry lists are ordinary content. Verification links and the record of what was issued are covered by our retention policy.
